Coconut Chicken Recipe

Made this delicious recipe tonight and it turned out great. See three bowls from right to left and in order of dipping your chicken strips: flour/egg wash/breadcrumbs

What to put in each bowl?
Flour- spices like Emerils mixed spices, garlic, pepper
Egg wash- make sure the eggs are mixed well with a fork
Breadcrumbs- Italian breadcrumbs, panko breadcrumbs, coconut flakes

Dip your sliced chicken into each bowl and then lay on a baking sheet or rack (I like to use a rack so the chicken doesn't stick to the bottom). Then place in your pre-heated 350 degree oven. Bake for 40-60 minutes or until chicken looks cooked and breading turns golden brown.
 Add some Pineapple or Apricot Jelly mixed with a dash of horseradish for some extra flavor!
