For tonight's holiday party, I took a leap of faith and made some fudge with candied bacon in it from this recipe. It actually didn't turn out bad at all since i was pretty scared at first. If you do try this recipe, I will note, that you should cover your bacon in MORE brown sugar. The more, the better!
